Legal Counsel - Contracts & Legal Affairs

Initally based in Västerås, Sweden you will report to the Team Lead of the International Team within our ‘Contracts & Legal Affairs’ team of our Business . Based on your sound legal expertise, in particular in Contract Law we will ask you to get involved in all aspects of contractual matters relating to customers, suppliers, co-operation partners and relevant authorities.

As Legal Counsel you have the legal responsibility for bids and contracts, in particular in Scandinavia, and for legal affairs for the site and regional legal entities.

As our ideal candidate,

You are fully licensed to practice law in Sweden (e.g. LL.M.) and have excellent credentials.

You have 2-3 years experience working with a private law firm or as an in-house contract lawyer in a commercial or industrial organization.

You have sound legal expertise, including Public Procurement law, Competition law and general Contract law.
