Head of Compliance

The Position
Head of Compliance is responsible for compliance on group level and all markets. The compliance function is independent from the business organisation and reports directly to group management and the board. Compliance includes identification of compliance risks, monitoring, investigating incidents, advising, regulatory framework and internal rules, training and communication, reporting and relationship with regulators. The compliance function is fully supported by the board and group management, and the company is dedicated to provide resources and organizational attention to the tasks within the responsibility of the compliance function.

You will also be supported by our legal department when needed. The legal department consists of one Norwegian lawyer and one Swedish lawyer.

You
We are looking for a lawyer with experience from regulators, regulated companies, law firms or similar experience. You will work independently in a young and growing organization. The person we are looking for has strong drive and high integrity, strong relationship-building and communication skills and is proficient in the Scandinavian languages and English languages.
